Job Description
SightsSet is looking for a qualified Account Manager to help oversee our client accounts and provide intuitive guidance and support in areas of marketing and strategy. As an account manager, you will play a critical role in establishing and building client relationships and as the face of the company, be an integral component of our growth strategy.
A successful business consultant has first and foremost a broad knowledge of the many facets of business and market forces. Our ideal candidate will also possess great problem-solving skills to provide solutions and recommendations that will increase effectiveness and efficiency. Client satisfaction will be paramount and attention to detail is imperative.

Responsibilities
• Manage our key accounts portfolio
• Achieve assigned strategic account objectives
• Establish strong, long-term client relationships
• Communicate/meet with clients on a regular basis and respond to specific queries
• Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs
• Handle complaints and problems in a timely and effective manner
• Act as the liaison between key customers and internal teams
• Identify and approach new potential strategic customers
• Monitor sales performance metrics
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts
• Provide guidance for any recurring problems and issues

Requirements
• Proven Business, Marketing, and consulting experience
• Experience in a B2B environment is a plus
• Ability to interpret large amounts of information and to multi-task
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience and proficiency with MS Office
• Familiarity with CRM programs
• BS degree in Business, Marketing or related field
