Job Description
SightsSet is looking for a qualified Account Manager to help oversee our client accounts and provide intuitive guidance and support in areas of marketing and strategy. As an account manager, you will play a critical role in establishing and building client relationships and as the face of the company, be an integral component of our growth strategy.
A successful business consultant has first and foremost a broad knowledge of the many facets of business and market forces. Our ideal candidate will also possess great problem-solving skills to provide solutions and recommendations that will increase effectiveness and efficiency. Client satisfaction will be paramount and attention to detail is imperative.

Responsibilities
Manage our key accounts portfolio
Achieve assigned strategic account objectives
Establish strong, long-term client relationships
Communicate/meet with clients on a regular basis and respond to specific queries
Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs
Handle complaints and problems in a timely and effective manner
Act as the liaison between key customers and internal teams
Identify and approach new potential strategic customers
Monitor sales performance metrics
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts
Provide guidance for any recurring problems and issues

Requirements
Proven Business, Marketing, and consulting experience
Experience in a B2B environment is a plus
Ability to interpret large amounts of information and to multi-task
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience and proficiency with MS Office
Familiarity with CRM programs
BS degree in Business, Marketing or related field
